If your company is utilizing our Activity by User Sales Report it's important that all tasks to call, email, etc have been recorded. Hatchbuck gives you the ability to backdate a task so you can be sure all of your activity and hard work will show up in that report!
- In either the Tasks tab or the Contact Record, create a new task and fill in the necessary information including the date that the task was due in the past
- If you've already completed the task be sure to check the task is complete box
- If you have not completed the task, just leave that box alone
- Click create task button
- If you still need to complete the task it will be displayed in the task list view under the filter active tasks
- If you the checked the box that the task is complete it will be displayed under the filter completed tasks
