If you can't delete Contact, Company, or Deal Records:
- Your user permissions are managed in Hatchbuck by your System Administrator(s), depending on those permissions you may be blocked from removing records from your Hatchbuck account
Emails, Forms, Campaigns, Rules:
- You won't be able to edit or delete these items if the item has been locked by the user that created it AND you are not a system administrator
- You won't be able to delete contact statuses if there are currently contacts tied to that. You will need to update those contacts to a new status before removing that entirely from your system.
