If you find duplicate records in your Hatchbuck database you can quickly merge those two records together. 

  • First, in your Contacts tab, select the two contacts you would like to merge into one record: 

  •  Next, click the orange Actions button and select "Merge Contacts"

  • A pop out box will appear where you will need to select on contact as the "master record" 

  • To Complete this process click "Merge Contacts" 

The bottom Contact record will be the "Master Record". Data from the top record will be added to the bottom record and the contact record on top will be removed.
