There are two filters on the marketing dashboard: date range and user(s). Most blocks will display data based on both filters except:

  • Email Activity - Scheduled Emails and Scheduled Campaigns will be affected by the user filter onlt. They are both showing future sends so the date range is not needed. Sent Emails willl be affected by both filters.
  • Current Engagment -  will only change when filtering by user since this is a current snapshot
  • Current Contacts -  will only change when filtering by user since this is a current snapshot. The exception here is the percent increase or decrease. That will take into account the date range selected.

The dashboard filters are sticky and will not change until you choose to do so. Logging in and out or leaving the dashboard will not affect your selection.

If you are an admin, you will be able to see all user's activites and data. If you are not an admin and your permissions have been restricted, you will only see your information on the dashboard.

The percentages found throughout the dashboard are showing an upward or downard trend for that statstic - when compared to previous timeframes. Example: If I'm filtering for the last 30 days on the dashboard, the open rate percentage on the Email Performance block will compare the 30 days prior to the last 30 days and show me the percentage change and trend.

Below is an explanation of each block on the Sales Dashboard.

The first part of this block is showing the number of emails sent FROM the filtered user(s) during the date range selected. The second part of this block is showing the number of all scheduled emails and scheduled campaigns in the future.
