Setting up link automation in your emails is an essential function of the Hatchbuck system. You are using Hatchbuck to automate your marketing process and save you time, so you should definitely take advantage of this feature!

After you create an email, you will see a page to set automations for each of the unique URLs: 

We can see that Hatchbuck has identified 1 link within your template. Now, you need to determine what automation should take place when someone clicks on that link.

Here are the options you can choose from:

Think about what each link is related to in your business model.
  • If it's just visiting your webpage, maybe just add a "Webpage Visit" tag
  • If it's about a specific product, add that Product tag
  • If it's about a demo or meeting with you, Adjust their Contact Score, move them up in the Contact Status pipeline, or create a Task for your Salesperson to call them

Just finish up your email and you are good to go! Sit back and watch the magic!
