There are a couple of reasons this might not appear:

  • You are sending a test email using the "Send Test" button.
  • When you send an email to ONE contact [The footer will not populate for one-off emails out of Hatchbuck]

In either case, don't worry! Your company info and this footer will ALWAYS appear when you are sending to more than one person OR you have the email set up to send automatically (like in response to a form being filled out).

To see what the company information looks like completely populated, send the email to two or more contacts in your database (including yourself).

All Company Footers will look the same unless you:

  • Make adjustments to the footer with footer styles using the drag and drop builder
